Him and his staff are very warm and personable. Perhaps you like a doctor that is more stiff and fake. I enjoyed the doctor's jovial personality, it made me more comfortable to be myself and made it easier to communicate what I wanted and what was realistic and practical. I would definitely go to him again for any other procedures I want to have done.
